Fallini Formaggi was established in 1982 in Parma, the city worldwide known for its cheese Parmigiano Reggiano. The successful idea of the founder Stefano Fallini is producing dried grated cheese for the food industry.

 

Today the company produces fresh cheese for the Italian market and fresh and dried cheese for the foreign markets. Fallini Formaggi exports to European and outside EEC countries; Fallini Formaggi supplies the big European Chains (GDO) with private label and own brand.
